Green eggs? (No ham)

Noticed these tonight when the moon lights were on in my tank. Have to be fairly new, never noticed them before. Look like little green eggs, but I have no idea. The only thing I have two of in my tank is 2 clown fish and 2 peppermint shrimp. Thanks in advance.

That's bubble algae. Kinda a nuisance but not as bad as green hair algae or cyano. Just don't pop it if you try to take it out as that's how it soreads
 
Or get an emerald crab..they love it..

Sometimes it can be rather hard to siphon it out, sometimes it has a pretty good hold on the rock. Definately be careful not to pop it or it will spread as stated before.
