hairy things growin on a couple of ny rocks

I have no clue what they are but I'm pretty sure its not algae. Does anyone have any idea what it might be. Sorry if the pic isn't that good but they are really small.

I noticed the same thing on some of my rock too, I assumed it was a type of hair algae since I have some hair algae on the back wall and very minute about on the rocks too.
