HELP! Hammer coral turning yellow/pink?????

Hello everyone,

What the heck is this on my hammer? Saw it today... After I pulled the molt out.

It looks like pink bubbles and yellow spots on the tentacles... Any ideas or reason to be worried?

Thanks
