Ok its hard to make out but it the best I could do...

That is the weirdest thing I've seen yet. If I had to guess, and I do, I'd say it's probably some type of lobster maybe? Or cave shrimp since I can't really see the claws. I think it's safe to say though that it's not a mantis. They eyes just don't fit the bill.

Two possibilities without a better pic of the whole creature. Squat lobster of Synalpheus sp. of shrimp.
