Help ID this please

Can anyone tell what this is? It's growing on the side of my over flow... Its has a Smooth Leafy look. Doesn't get much light nor do the fish pick on it...

Do i need to get some shells?

Snails make their own shells. Hermits are the ones you have to supply with shells so you should be good.
