help id worm its red an black

ok so I bought some kelp and there's redish worms on it is it good or bad ??

There was also a amphipod on it.

They are just common bristle worms, they will help clean up any detritus that's in your tank. As long as the population doesn't explode from over-feeding, they are a benefit to your system.
