Help identify

So this creature has been growing on my rock. Would like help identifying it and opinions on if it is a good or bad thing. Thanks.

It's aipistasia which is a nuisance anemone. Get some aipistasia x and kill it ASAP.

Removing aipistasia

Ok, I am pretty sure I removed the aipistasia for good, bonus is I got to rearrange my rock for a better cave!

Found another. Gonna use the same blowtorch method. That seemed to work.
