I have no idea what this is and how it got into my tank. It's multiplying like crazy and popping mushrooms off of rocks. How do I get rid of it?

Aiptasia? I can"t be sure by the picture. Lemon juice and a syringe is the remedy. Also Joe's Juice would work. Peppermint shrimp ; but that's not a definite.
