Help White Weblike stuff growing on live rock and also bluish mold looking stuff

I have a 37 Gallon talk with 2 clowns, a six-line wrasse, royal gramma, and flame angel. 28 pounds of live rock, 7 snails and 3 hermit crabs.

I have noticed at night a white web like thing floating from my live rock. I am tring to identify and figure out how to remove it. Also trying to find out what the bluish moldy spots are

I cant think of the name right now but it is a hitch hiker. Not a bad guy. Look up hitch hikers on google and you should find it. But you should be ok to leave it.
