Help!!! with some sort of Hair Algae, **Pictures Updated**

I have this weird sort of algae that has been on my live rock for a couple of months now. I don't know what to do. Does anyone know what causes it, and how to get rid of it? I have puffers in my tank so I can not put snails and invertabrates in there. If anyone can help please! Thanks in advanced.
