Hi there guys,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but gonna give it a go.

I found two of my Hermit's legs in the tank yesterday I don't know how they broke off ?? :? So the question is will he survive and are they like some animals that would grow new legs?

Are you sure what you were seeing isn't just part of a molt? I think the crab will be fine and will regrow the legs a bit with each molt.

like fluff said, itll grow back after 1 or 2 molts.

When i got my boral banded shrimp it was missed its whole arm and claw, it molted once and it was almost all the way back.

Thanks for the good news guys I was really worried about it so his name-o is Righty from now on. It is a beautiful little crab will try and get some pics if you guys want.
