Hiding in Live rock octopus?

Hard to see but its in the center of the hole. You can see one of its legs going straight up from the center of its body.It has a small center body with branching arms or legs coming off. 6 or 8? def 6 but it they were poking out of 2 holes. Looks to be alternating color from reddish to clear maybe pinkish to clear? Any idea? Some one smart has to know

Wow THANK YOU. they were starting to scare me. All i could think was they were some alien life form hiding in my rock trying to luring things in. They kinda reminding me of the worm in the sand from star wars with jabba the hut lol.
