We have no problems having these things but they are like waving hands. They pop in and out of the monti all day. And please, I know I need to get rid of the aiptasia. I just want to know what these are and will they spread?

Idk what they are I have the same thing though I noticed it on a little piece of LR and fed it up and two more came out of nowhere on the same little rock within a few weeks ... It was Isolated on the sandbed so I moved the rock to the sump

Look like tube worms to me... They are harmless and in just about every tank I've seen
