hitchhiker starfish, good guy or bad guy?

Have seen some tiny starfish on the glass recently... seems as though they must have hitchhiked in... also based on numbers it seems likely that they are reproducing.

Spotted this guy in the sump the other day... wondering if they're all going to grow to this size... or larger?

Good guys or bad guys?

Yes, and some species of them get about the size of a dime.
