Looks like an aiptasia. It's a pest anemone! Take a look around the forum for some great ways of getting rid of it while you only have 1 or 2.

We got rid of ours using lime pickling agent. Put a little of the powder in with some tank water. Mix it up. Use a syringe or something like it and squirt a little in the center where his mouth is. He'll retract taking the mixture with him. We had 2 pop up and this worked on both. Haven't seen an aptasia since.
