Ok great. So I took the piece of rock out and put boiling water on the pest nem. Used a syringe to avoid getting any on the plate coral. The nem seems to have disappeared. Hoping that's the last I see of it

Boiling water isnt the best cure.. works if done properly but the aiptasia can come back if any is left on the rock. Ive used aip X with some success

I just went and got an insulin syringe from the pharmacy then used white vinegar to inject into them. Works great.
