good news, 3 out of the 4 things i posted in here are bad. how can i promote good things to grow, other than having good stable water.

Not even having good water will keep the bad stuff out. Things come in on the rock, and there's nothing much you can do about that aspect of it. Doing what you're doing now is about the best you can do, in my opinion - be observant with your tank, and figure out what all the new things are before they actually become a problem. (Like that aptaisia and majano - nuke those things quick!)
