I have a lot of weird little bugs in my tank and a spiny worm thing

i woke up this morning and found a whole bunch of little bugs on the wall of my aquarium and in or on the rocks thjey are not very big but i wanna identify them i dont have any pictures and

Probably pods, but can't give a positive ID without a picture.

Check out amphipods and Copepods
The worm is likely a bristle worm. All of them are good to have

How old is the tank? Probably some sort of Pod, Just means your tank is maturing. check this page out and see if it's any of these.

Pods | Melev's Reef

Spiny worm might be a bristle worm, its harmless if so. Actually it's a beneficial addition to your CUC. Not pretty though, good thing it comes out when the light are off. check here for possible ID's
