I found this interesting guy attached to LR. Anyone know what it is?
It is purple in color and jellyish. It is sort of like a cluster of bubbles with soft spikes randomly poking out from around the bubbles. Any help would be great.

You think he's dyeing? Just got this rock last night and this am he just appeared. I was thinking he was just extremely small. What would a thriving one look like?

Mine used to retract a lot though, so I'm not sure it's necessarily dying.

The rock it's on is a former skeleton of a much larger bubble coral, looks like now it's growing back then.

What kind of lighting do you have?

Well I am pretty new to this, so let me do my best - I have two florescent lights one white and one blue. I have been told it is full spectrum. Think the watts might be 17? Does that sound about right?
