ID this coral please

I have this in my aquarium but it's not looking too good right now, and nowhere near as beautiful as it once was when this picture was taken. Can you identify this for me so I can research to find out what may be causing it to b closed all the time and one of the centers is almost completely gone to the skeleton. thanks!

The lighting I have are 20,000 day and 2 actinic and they are right In the middle of the spectrum...should I move it a lot lower?

Spectrum has nothing to do with intensity. What type of lighting is this?

T5 high output-coralife hood.

So, you have 4 lamps total?

Yes, 4 T5 HO lamps. 2 10,000 K white, and 2 actinic120 Volt 24 watt. Moon lamps also.

I'm thinking lower them. They are bleached. Where are they in the tank now?

Last night I lowered them to the lowest rock above the sand. They are in a 20 tall. I hope they recover because they sure are beautiful.
