Identify these corals

I saw this rock at the LFS with all sorts of different corals on it, what are they, especially the french fry looking ones(as my girlfriend calls it.)

I have no idea what the french fry (seasoned) looking things are, the polyps are zoanthids.

could they be some kind of scleronephthya, (starberry or caulaflower coral)

I figured those were zoanthids, thank you. The end of the "fries" open up at night and look like strange polyps as well, if that helps.

They are tube polyps, Isaurus tuberculatus.....

Are they nocturnal or what, so far ive only seen them at night.

The polyps are nocturnal but the coral itself does contain zooxanthellae.
