Is this a coral?

I saw this in a tank at a car dealership I tried to find out what kind of coral or anemone or whatever it is, but no one who worked there knew anything about what was in the tank. I couldn't find anything that really looked like it online or at my LFS.

Possibly a torch coral from that picture

Looks like a frogspawn to me.

Definitely something from the euphyllia group (torch, frogspawn, hammer, or anchor). Without a closer shot of the tentacles, it's hard to tell which exactly.
