Is this a snail or?

Have no idea what this is. I recently found this in my live rock. I thought it was a baby turbo snail but not really sure about it. I have a few lps corals and 2 turbo snails. This thing I found has a snail like "feet" because it moves like a snail, has a tear shaped shell that has small hairs on the outer edges of the shell. And the shell is a tanish grayish in color with a white spot on it.

It's a stomatella snail.

Is.it reef safe? And why does it usually only come out at night?

They are reef safe, I dont know why they just come out at night, but you may find some information using Google search for "stomatella varia"

i have the same one, i also have a black one it is rather similar, it has a really small shell
