Ive had these things in my tank and Im not sure if it aiptasia or not. Help!!!!

I did some reading and I saw that it could some kind of species of hitchhiking jellyfish but I'm not so sure

I have these all over my LR and the glass. Should I get rid of them and how?

An update on those things tht were on the glass.it turns out they are jellyfish.I just found 2 free swimming in the tank.what should I do
