Is this an Emerald Crab????

Found this hitch hiker last night and need to see if it is a emerald crab or what. Hopefuly the pics are clear enough to see him.

let see if this pic is any better, since I had just sat infront of the tank for about 1hr just to try to get these pics of him and any slight movement and he just retreats back to his hole. I'll try to get a better pic of him.
