Is this mold? On euphyllia.

K so I came home tonight an my pump was spewing out bubbles I turned it off an back on an they stopped. Then I noticed my euphyllia divisa had what looks like white mold growing on it anyone know what it is an did it have anything to do with the bubbles



I'm not sure what happened with the pic the colors went funny

Im confused, I don't see a frogspawn in the picture. It kind of looks like sponges on a rock. I know my powerheads do this if the water drops to low and I forget to turn them off first. My hammer and frogspawn get annoyed and shrink into their skeleton but they come back out shortly after.
