Found one on one of my snails, one similar looking one on the glass, and one that may or may not be the same, but is in a horrible place for picture taking.

Any help is appreciated. I don't see them on the sand or on the rocks at all, nor the equipment. It's like they're coming out of the glass - the two small ones are several inches up there, about 1mm, and the large one is on the snail shell (about 2mm).

Looks like aiptasia anemones to me. They are a pain, but I really don't think they are the disaster many folks make them out to be. If you set out to totally eradicate them from your tank, you'll likely drive yourself (and your fish) crazy. I'd get a bottle of "Joes Juice" and just keep them in check. I have the little buggers in every one of my tanks and I just kill off a few each time I service the tank. I think everyone eventually has a bout with these things. The thing you want to do, IMO, is keep them from taking the tank over...which they will do if left alone. Also, try to keep them away from your corals.

Three is certainly not a plauge of bibical porportions, and furthermore, I find them quite pretty, so I'm not about to go nuts, but would like to keep them in control.

I was worried they might be something else as they weren't on the rocks and didn't seem to get any bigger than 2mm.

Looked a little like hydroids from a certain angle.
