Hey, im kinda worried, becasue there are about 30 little transpararent shrimp-like catapillars. im not sure if thier pods or not. they move pretty quick. i hope they arnt mantis shrimp. they are about a centimeter long, and the end of thier tail kinda curls up. they move really quick (just wanted to say that agian.) i dont kno if ill be able to get a pic, but ill try to find one on the internet.

I looked on the internet and the closest i found was Amphipods

Sounds like pods, a pic would help.
90% of these kind of things are beneficial, a pic would help for a +ID.

Sounds got your tank is maturing well. People set up refugiums and even have to buy pods in order to keep certain livestock (six-line wrasse, mandarins) feed.
Pods are good - - but they do make you think ya got little roaches running around your tank.
