I am sorry that I could not get a picture of these little guys but they are just too small. I am trying to identify little white creatures that are attached to the algae. Some times they will move a little on the glass, but most of the time they will stay stationary. They are only on the green algae on the glass, not on anything else. I havent scraped algae for a long time and so this is why I've noticed them. They are about the size of a comma "," except the curled tail is straight. I've got a 400w halide on for 7.5 hours so my algae grows fast. Are these little white guys part of the algae or bugs that live in algae? Are they pods?

any help would be appreciated!

Pods usually move around a lot. Could be little worms of some kind. Many of the micro critters we find in our tanks eat and breed in algae.
