Little white horned algae scoopers?

Ok.. this tank here is on a extended cycle prep for some mandarins an seahorses, so pardon the nasty glass heh.
Anyhow, I had decided to switch pumps around between my tanks, so this one was laying with no flow for about an hour...came back to dozens of these things crawling on the glass..

NOW, even with the flow, I see em out munching on the algae bloom.
I still have a significant presence of pods everywhere, so I don't think they are eating any of them...

They are flatworms. They are harmless, but I believe they are copepod eaters. They normally die out on thier own over time.
 
Your thinking of the red/yellow flatworms that everyone panics about. These guys don't reproduce as fast and shouldn't become a problem. I had them when my tank was new and they didn't last long.
