long white thing

i was looking at my tank and i seen this little white worm thing about 3 inches long and it had a little black head with little black bands on him what the heck is it, does anyone know? thanks guys

try and get a closer look, sounds like a little brittle star waving an arm, they are very common and harmless.

no its a worm like thing i've seen it out crawling on the rocks 8O
