Look what crawled out of a hole!

Can someone tell me what kind of star this is? It was inside a rather deep hole in a rock bought. I don't know anything about caring for stars, any suggestions would be appreciated! What do I feed it? It has been climbing up my tank all day & is very active (for a starfish). Thanks!!

Looks like a marble start to me but I am not sure.

The markings look kind of like a Bahama Star, I am not familiar with a Marble Star, so Allen might be correct also.

That is a very neat star. Some better pics may help with ID'ing it but I'm with newfound, I have no idea. I hope it does well for you.

it dont look like a marble to me, too much "webbing" in between the legs IMO. havnt seen a star like that b4.

I have no experience in the SW side of this hobby, but I can ID a linkia star!

If I had to give it a name though...I'd call it a Calico Star
