Marble??

While watching my tank after feeding i found a small clear ball very smooth really resembles a marble atm with coraline growin on it. Idk where it came from or really what it is...my tank is 20months old...parameters checked out during weekely test....

Ive never seen it that big and i would assume one of the emerald crabs would have gotte. It before it got that bit. They knocked it out before it ever eveb got close to that big.

Hmm, well, bubble algae is the largest single celled organism in existence, so it's not that surprising that it's that big.
 
Its definitely bubble algea.
Just net it out but make sure you don't burst it or you will get more eventually.
If you have an emerald crab he will eat it anyway.

wow it's a pearl "not" , could be bubble algae but I always saw green not that color and I never seen Coraline grow on bubble algae but this could be the first , or can it be someone playing a joke on you with a marble ,
