name this crab please

been wondering what this hitchhiker crab has been for sometime now. here are pics it came with some live rock and has grown to this and now lives in my sump..... please give me some idea of what it is.....

I have no idea. At first glance he looks like an emerald crab but has the black claws that would lead me to believe it is a preditory species. :?
