Need assistance identifying fish

I picked this guy up yesterday, but I'm not exactly sure what he is. He was listed as a black red-tailed goby I think. His mouth is very similar to a mandarin, so I'm pretty sure he is a goby. Here's a pic:

Like to eat mainly pods. So if you don't have a fuge, and a good steady population of pods his chance of survival isn't to great. If you don't think you have enough maybe you can return him.
