Growth in disassembled fuge

Had to take my refugium out because of a small leak in it. And I have these orange and yellow spots growing. Also the sealant turned a bright green color with these things growing everywhere the sealant was submerged. Any ideas? Is this good or bad. I had chaeto and red agar in the fuge.

The fuge will be up and running again, I just need to know if I should keep an eye on and try and stop this stuff.

I agree with doug. Algea that can not be seen is a good thing. It will help to remove excessive nutrients and will stay hidden.
