Never seen this before

I found this weird looking thing in my tank today and I was wondering if it was good bad? Do I need to remove it? I've never seen it and I really don't know what to do.

It's a harmless filter feeder. A feather duster. No worries.

Cool didn't know if it was some sort of worm or what not. Feather duster is cool with me!

It is a worm. It makes a calcium based tube and lives in it it's whole life. It filters the water with that plume sticking out for tiny particulate matter. Pretty neat creature.
