got this when i was do in stockton and the guy was not sure what this was so any help with an id whould be cool:silly:

agree with neilanh looks like an acan of some kind. They like high light and its good to give them some space because acans can have some nasty sweeper tenticles on them that will destroy SPS in no time at all.
 
Nice pick up. Looks like an acan to me too. That piece would usually sell for over $60. I wouldn't put it in too much light to start off with, depending on what lights you have. Also make sure to feed it once a week or so.
 
Yeah, what ryshark said....it is an 'Acanthastrea Lordhowensis' aka 'acan'

Make sure to feed the coral some mysis too. They really seem to do much, much better if you feed the little boogers.

Thanks for all your help they seem to be feeding but if need be i can target feed them i got them for 35 theres six heads on it.
