It's not Zoas it's an LPS of some kind. Here it is open:

And any suggestions for the cyano/hair algae would be VERY welcome.

Keep in mind I've done 3 water changes this week to try and help

An elegance coral?

For your cyano, siphon it out with airline tubing. Continue water changes with ro/di water. Cut back on feeding, I only feed my reef tank twice a week.

It's not branching, I don't think it's elegance, plus they're not usually 20 bucks lol. Some type of plate coral perhaps?

No, your coral has polyps. You can see them in the first pic working on opening up. Only other guess would be a flowerpot, but never seen one open like that.

Well, if it is an LPS I'm at a loss. Thought at this point I'd have dealt with it all! Lol. You can see the polyps, but I don't know of ones that look like that that extend like is shown in the second pic.

It appears to be hydnophora exesa (encrusting hynophora) I believe it is categorized as an SPS (with contradictory 'medium'-sized polyps).

Here's a photo of the one I have for comparison:

As a frag:

As a larger colony:

This is an aggressive coral and needs to be places several inches from other corals.

Nailed it, that's the one. Awesome piece. Mine's polyps stay extended even at night.

Sorry for budding in but do u giys know what coral this is?
