Can anyone tell me what this is I just got it today from pet co for like $8.00 just wanted to know the name.

It's not a coral. Looks like a condy anemone to me...

Did you acclimate it? You really should be doing research before purchasing livestock! Nems are very sensitive to parameter swings so I hope you have a nice, stable, mature tank with high lighting. Read up on your new condy and hope it doesn't eat your small fish...

Doesn't really matter if it looks better today. If you don't have proper lighting that nem is not going to make it long. How old is your tank? What size? What fish do you have? And what kind of lighting are you using?
