Odd tubular creatures?

I see that there are some feather dusters around it - but their bodies are more stiff. The creatures in question, are the clear white-ish tubes that never have anything come out from the opening at the very top.
Your help is greatly appreciated

Those are sponges

Thank you! Sponges are filter feeders, but sometimes they can irritate and/or kill coral - would you know if they are likely to do so?

Only if they grow onto them. If they do then just scrape the sponge off. But it is unlikely
