Phylum Sipuncular or peanut worm friend or foe?

hello all i havent been here in a long time after a devastating encounter with ick i lost almost all my inhabitants in my 90 gal FOWLR and been scared to get new ones anyway this is my question i have looked up this worm like creature i saw in my tank this afternoon it appears to be a Sipuncular but i couldnt find any info on whether it was harmless or not one of them is 2-3 inches from what i can see and the others are still very small i have seen 3 total any info would be helpful thanks
