Please help ID this type of Algae

Need help trying to figure out what kind of algae this is.

I had it in my tank, I forget what its called, but scrub it off with a bristle tooth brush

I have it comes back when I brush it off.

it looks like it could be hair algae... comes from too much light and low oxygen if I remember rightly

I got two big turbo snails mowing them now. Just hope they don't come back. My phosphate was at 0.16 it's now at 0.03 when I added rowaphos

What's your nitrate at? And is it in flow?

It is most likely a hair algae. The improvement in your phosphates will be of a large help for you in this area, but with that said no matter what you are going to see some algae growth in pretty much every system. As long as it is managed by water changes, the rowphos, and turbos I wouldn't be too concerned.
