Please help identify

The white thing comming out of the rock in the bottom middle of the photo, it looks like three white arms common out of the rock

This is a bit of a clearer pic it's the white tenticle under the green leaf

It's probably a mini brittle starfish. They are harmless.

Ok thanks are they prone to waving their legs around out side the live rock it looks as if they are trying to catch something there are heaps of them about 5-6 around my aquarium all in my live rock

Yes, they are trying to catch food.

Should I be feeding them something specific or will they just eat what's in the water?

They will be fine on their own. I would not add anything extra for them.
