I am going to apologize for the iPhone photos first. These little buggers are clear arms in a circular pattern. The have little whiteish yellow bulbs on the ends. They seem to be slowly multiplying. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am not sure what the little anemone looking thing is. Please say its not bad ;)

It's a very bad angle of it, but could be Aptasia. Does it retract into the rock when touched with turkey Baster? Here's some pics of Aptasia for you to compare from a front view:

They're bad. Can sting fish and corals and spread like weed. Don't pull them out. Use Aptasia X to kill them.

Looks alot more like pseudocorynactis to me in the first pics. Dont think its majano.
