powder blue hitchhiker

This morning I woke up to a baby/powder blue guazy looking growth on one of my newly placed live rocks (placed 3 days ago). For lack of a better description it looks soft and has holes in the centre almost like it breathing hole. It appears to have spread to the one not live (dead) rock. It almost looks like the encasements some spiders make when they lay eggs. Thoughts? Am trying to upload image. :confused:

I don't think it's a qtip sponge. I can't really see it that good rite now, I'm on my phone so whenver I try to zoom in it gets all pixely. Sorry.
