Probably an easy ID

Saw this at one of the LFS here in Japan. One of the guys brought it up to the top of the tank then let it drop. All of the branches started making a swimming motion. Very cool but what exactly is it? Hard to keep?

I believe I've seen these labeled as red feather starfish

Also known as basket starfish.I wouldn't waste your money on it.They are extremely difficult to keep in a home aquarium.

Yep. A shame that's in a store for sale. A near impossibility keeping it alive.

Thanks for the replies and info everyone. Yeah, I read the same after doing a bunch of research, saw how hard it is to keep the poor things. Wouldn't have room in my tank even if I wanted one.
