Red/Brown Seaweed????

Hi All,
Does anyone know what this is??! I have looked around on the internet with no luck. It has being growing for the last 2/3 months. Wondering if it is harmful or can i leave it in the tank as it ads character to the rock.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Anyway of getting a picture of it? Most times your macro algeas do a good job of using up the excessive nutrients in the tank.

Never seen that before. Just keep an eye out to make sure it does not take over the tank. Maybe someone else can ID it.

It has grown a lot in the last few weeks maybe i would be better off to just remove it. Thanks for your help.

It looks like Seaweed cuz I have green and red seaweed which I use to feed my snails and tang.

have you got a sump to put it in?

No. I buy it from my LFS that has a tank with it.
