Red slime?

This is my biocube 29 about 6 months old and I was wondering if this is red slime?
if so what do I do about it? I have the product called "Ultralife Reef Products, Red Slime Stain Remover"

Cyanobacteria. Red slime remover is a great product if you follow the instructions, BUT once the red slime is gone you will see it return if you don't address what is feeding off of, the nutrients in the water column.
Cut back on feeding, ensure you are using ro/di water for top offs and water changes, and increase flow in the tank.
