Red thing on LR

That looks to me like Peyssonnelia, a calcerous algae kind of like coralline. Touch it, it is a little spongy and velvet-like. I have that in my tank, and it is not a problem, in fact I like the way it looks. Its not an indication of poor water quality like cyano.
 
Is it hard and attached to the rock or can it easily be blown off the rock? If it can be blown off, it is cyano. If it is hard and resists being scratched off, coraline algae.
 
Looks like coralline algae to me. Any chance of a closer look

Are this two anything I should take care off my tank is just cycling and they dnt get much light what should I do
